Your home reaches tenants through the Nest Partners marketplace and our enquiry workflows. The team coordinates visits, verifies identity and documents, coordinates police verification where applicable and brings the assessment to you for approval.
What does property management cost in Bengaluru?
No sign-up fee, and our property-management fee starts when rent collection starts. From then it is 9% of rent collected, or ₹2,000 per month, whichever is higher, the same in every city. Repair and improvement work Nest Partners coordinates carries a 10% coordination fee. Stamp duty, registration and any statutory or third-party charges apply where required. Commercial terms are confirmed in your Nest Partners management agreement before onboarding.
Can I see inspection reports and repair photos?
Yes. Inspections are planned twice a year with photo and video evidence, and repairs close with photographs. Both appear in your owner portal, where applicable.
