Each repair is triaged, responsibility is established, and chargeable work waits for the approval your agreement requires, which you can give from the owner portal. The work is evidenced with photos and checked before it closes.
What does property management cost in Hyderabad?
No sign-up fee, and our property-management fee starts when rent collection starts. From then it is 9% of rent collected, or ₹2,000 per month, whichever is higher, the same in every city. Repair and improvement work Nest Partners coordinates carries a 10% coordination fee. Stamp duty, registration and any statutory or third-party charges apply where required. Commercial terms are confirmed in your Nest Partners management agreement before onboarding.
Is there a Nest Partners office in Hyderabad?
