10% coordination fee on work orders Nest Partners manages

No Nest Partners fee to process the rental agreement. Stamp duty, registration and any statutory or third-party charges apply where required, and every one is shared with you in writing before you commit. Commercial terms are confirmed in your Nest Partners management agreement before onboarding.

Tenant placement: questions

Who chooses the tenant?
You do. The team handles enquiries, visits and screening, then brings you the assessment. A tenant is placed only after your approval.
Does Nest Partners run police verification?
Police verification is coordinated where applicable: the application is submitted through the local police process. Nest Partners does not have access to police records and does not claim to.
How long does it take to find a tenant?
We don't promise a timeline, because it depends on the home, the rent and the season. The home is photographed, listed and shown to tenants, and visits are coordinated with you.
What happens after the tenant is approved?
The agreement is prepared for you and approved online, and the move-in is documented: condition, inventory, meter readings and keys. Then rent, repairs and inspections run through your owner portal.
